Outstanding service. It was a nuisance ask, I was looking for a full size spare. Archie was courteous, thorough and pragmatic. β€œYep, no problem, let me take a look at what we got, hang tight”. They had an offtake, were happy to let me have it for market prices. Mounted and balanced. Super efficient, friendly, customer focused, I was really happy with the entire process. Highly recommend.

We are on a cross country RV trip when we realize we had a front steer tire starting to go bad. Big O tires got us in fixed and back on the road in no time! They were phenomenal to work with on a personal level and worked amazing hand on hand with our rental company as well!! Incredibly blessed to have them open on a Saturday morning!

Travis and the guys at Big O were super helpful and provided a great customer experience. They made the decision making process extremely easy. I had a flat and was considering buying a new set of tires but they were able to warranty my old tire for a pro-rated price and got it switched out super quick. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. I’m very grateful for the guidance and transparency they provided with my situation. Overall an amazing experience! Thanks guys!

Came in for an alignment to find out that my suspension was literally falling apart and my wheel could actually come off at any moment. I was upset and panicking about how to come up with the funds for the repair. I knew something was wrong I just didn't know it was that bad. Travis did everything he could to find cheaper and more readily available parts. He was super patient with me while I freaked out about how to make this work. When the part we needed wasn't delivered he got on the phone and said "I need that hub now, I can send somebody to pick it up." The effort was there and the communication was awesome. He kept me updated all day about where things were at. It was a frustrating situation but Travis was the face that made it manageable. I'm super happy with the work that the people in the shop did, people who's names I don't actually know. A massive thank you to everyone!

Have you ever been had things replaced only for things to go wrong? Have you ever had things replaced and not only who you assume is the manager, followed up by the owner of the franchise knowingly admit to their mistakes but still refuse to pay for the cost that another shop had to fix? Well if you haven’t and you want that experience, then this is the place for you. To make a long story short I had new tires and a suspension package done. Over $3,500 worth of work and less than a month later the driver side rear end suspension coil just decides it wants to yeet itself off my truck while I’m driving. Now I’m out of state about 6 hours from Bozeman. Take it to their nearest competent reliable competitor (Les Schwab) to get it fixed. Over $1,200 later come to find out the shocks on my rear end that this Big O put on where the wrong size (which they knowingly ordered, put on, and didn’t let me know). Make it back to Bozeman and the first stop I make was this location (which happened to be a Friday). First question I get asked? Did you call us? No, I didn’t. Because I was already missing work because of this mistake that they admitted to doing. Their answer, we ordered the wrong part
